Priyanka Rani Joshi has been crowned Miss Nepal 2022 on Saturday evening. At the Grand Finale event of the pageant held in Godavari, Lalitpur, Joshi was passed the crown by previous Miss Nepal Namrata Shrestha. Meanwhile, Sareesha Shrestha and Nancy Khadka were named Miss Nepal Earth and Miss Nepal International, respectively. In wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, two consecutive editions of the annual event had been suspended while this year it was held in the physical presence of the judges, participants, and audiences. During the Grand Finale, the winner of the event was collectively decided by a bench of 11 judges who had prepared questions to be answered by the participating members.

She has worked at House of Fashion in the Past and also did an internship at M&S VMAG. Other than that, She also worked as Operations Coordinator at Kamala Travel and Tours Pvt. Ltd. Also, she is the marketing officer at Anita Jewelers. She also is involved in volunteer work at Blind Rocks.

Having a passion for modeling and winning beauty pageants from sing young age, Priyanka has made her dream come true by holding the title of prestigious Miss Nepal World on June 18, 2022. Former Miss Nepal World Namrata Shrestha had crowned the New Miss Nepal World, Priyanka. She will be representing Nepal in the Miss World Competition in the next Miss World Competition.
